Aristotle Biography
Aristotle was a Greek philosopher, scientist, and student of Plato. He was born in 384 BCE in Stagira, a city in northern Greece, and died in 322 BCE in Chalcis, a city on the island of Euboea. He studied at Plato's Academy in Athens for 20 years and later founded his own school, the Lyceum. He is known for his extensive writings on a wide range of topics including logic, metaphysics, ethics, politics, biology, and physics. His works have had a profound impact on Western philosophy and science, and he is considered one of the greatest thinkers of all time.
