Fyodor Dostoyevsky Biography

Fyodor Dostoevsky was a Russian novelist, journalist, and philosopher, who lived from 1821 to 1881. He is considered one of the greatest psychological novelists of the 19th century. Dostoevsky's works explore the human condition, and often focus on the darker aspects of human nature, such as crime, suffering, and moral dilemmas. His most famous novels include Crime and Punishment, The Brothers Karamazov, and The Idiot. Dostoevsky's writing is known for its deep psychological insights, its exploration of complex human emotions, and its vivid descriptions of the lives of ordinary people. He was also heavily influenced by his own personal experiences, including his four years of exile in Siberia, and his time spent in prison. He died at the age of 59 in St. Petersburg, Russia.
